Suite Storees | Event Planning Package Policy & Terms of Agreement
Scope of Services
The selected plan includes event consulting, design services, and coordination based on the purchased package. Services are limited to planning, design, strategy, and virtual support, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Services May Include:
+Event ideation, planning & visual strategy
+Theme development & floor planning
+Vendor recommendations
+Event timeline creation and coordination
+Digital asset preparation (e.g., signage, invitations) whereas selected, requested and/or purchased
+Three (3) 60-minute event design and brand experience consultations
+Ongoing communication via email or client portal
Client Responsibilities
To maximize results and maintain timelines, clients must:
+ Complete a Suite Storees Event Profile Questionnaire
+ Maintain guest count within ±15% of original estimate
+ Attend scheduled planning sessions
+ Communicate any changes in scope, dates, or expectations at least seven (7) business days in advance (additional fees may apply)
+ Confirm logistics and sign off on all final designs no later than fourteen (14) days before the event (additional fees may apply)
Project Timelines:
Timelines will vary depending on event date and scope. For all plans:
+ Planning begins within one (1) week of Suite Storees Event Profile Questionnaire
+ Final deliverables (including digital files or branded memorabilia) are provided within seven (7) weeks post-event, based on project scope
+ Add-ons must be requested at least fourteen (14) days before the event or on a per-order basis.
Fees & Payment Terms:
All packages follow a 50-25-25 payment schedule:
50% deposit due at booking; 25% due at project midpoint; Final 25% due one (1) month prior to the event date
Please note:
+ Add-on services (e.g., in-person setup, additional staffing, extra revisions) are invoiced separately
+ All purchases are final. Due to the creative and consultative nature of services, refunds are not issued
Cancellations & Rescheduling
+ Event planning timelines may not be rescheduled unless a revised timeline is agreed upon in writing.
+ Vendor bookings, appointments, and on-site services must be scheduled online and are subject to separate booking terms and availability.
Design Rights & Promotional Use: Suite Storees retains the right to document and promote any non-confidential elements of your project across its website, portfolio, and marketing materials. If you wish to opt out of this, please email Contact@SuiteStorees.com.
Liability: Suite Storees is not responsible for vendor execution, third-party service delivery, or on-site operations unless otherwise contracted. Our services are planning-based and do not cover labor, staffing, or logistics unless agreed in writing.
Communication Policy: All communication must be submitted through the assigned Suite Storees contact or client portal.
Agreement Confirmation: By checking the box at checkout, you acknowledge and agree to the Plan Policy and Terms of Agreement.
