Accomplishments & Key Results

Brand Activation & Event Management: Successfully coordinated and provided detailed brand consulting for a high-profile two-day event activation for luxury client John Lobb.

New Service Strategy: Developed the business strategy and consulting roadmap to launch a "Coffee Cart Consulting" service, designed to monetize the client's experience in helping others launch similar ventures.

New Business Development: Developed and quoted self-service drip coffee packages for potential client(s), including tiered pricing options for events accommodating 25 to 100 guests.

Long-Term Strategic Planning: Established a comprehensive multi-phase consulting and design strategy (Phase I: 3 months, Phase II: 6 months, Phase III: 12 months) focused on merchandising, brand presence, and professional growth.


TYPES OF WORKS AND TASKS

Brand Strategy & Digital Development

Strategic Consulting: Established a consulting and design plan focused on website edits, social media programming (Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest), and building a strong personal and corporate brand presence.

Website Redesign: Defined requirements for a planned website overhaul to enhance customer experience, including updating the page designs, ideas such as creating a Blog page, integrating Google customer reviews, and automating the Quote/Estimate tool.

Design Direction: Provided executive coaching and design feedback, advising the client to provide clients with multiple mock-ups for design conversations (Option 1: client request, Option 2: variation, Option 3: consultant suggestion) to streamline approval.

Brand Uniformity: Directed design choices for promotional materials, including branded attire, vehicle wraps, and a professional email signature. Advised on adopting a smaller font with more white space for the logo to reflect a "luxury" brand presentation.

Project Organization: Created and structured a collaborative Google Drive folder for content sharing, categorized into Coffee (Product Relevant), Malem (Self-Brand/Service Relevant), and Coffee Malem (Business & Company Relevant).



Event Management & Coordination

Event Planning: Advised on management for planned major events, including a Community Center Event x Coffee Malem and the Coffee Malem x Aston Martin event, which required coordinating a post-event survey.

Luxury Brand Activation (John Lobb): Managed detailed product specifications for the event, and an exclusive menu offering Coordinated design for the coffee cart's facade, confirming the client's requirement and design preferences
