Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator (MC) plays an essential role in shaping the Suite Storees experience by supporting branding, content creation, and automation strategy across digital platforms. This role is ideal for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented individual looking to grow in marketing, content design, and project coordination. As a foundational role with career growth potential, the Marketing Coordinator will support the implementation of advertainment strategies, assist with UDIOS client projects, and contribute to the Suite Storees brand presence.

About the “Marketing Coordinator”


1. Design & Branding

  • Design and manage marketing collateral including social media graphics, presentations, and client kits.

  • Design and maintain brand assets including digital media kits, social posts, flyers, email campaigns, and press content.

  • Provide design support for sales decks, branded kits, and project deliverables.

  • Maintain and evolve Suite Storees’ brand standards across all assets.

  • Create templates, storyboards, and visuals to support campaigns and client proposals.

  • Support visual identity projects through asset organization and feedback documentation.

2. Project Management

  • Manage marketing timelines, campaign calendars, and deliverables across platforms.

  • Collaborate with project managers and content teams to ensure timely production and consistent branding.

  • Track performance metrics for digital marketing and client acquisition efforts.

  • Coordinate automation of marketing tasks to ensure seamless client onboarding, follow-ups, and feedback collection.

  • Oversee internal marketing documentation, SOPs, and tools for efficiency.

  • Develop and execute marketing plans for Suite Storees and client brands in alignment with campaign timelines.

3. Automation & CRM

  • Set up and optimize automation workflows (email campaigns, landing pages, lead magnets).

  • Assist with the development, scheduling, and execution of email newsletters and drip campaigns using Wix, HoneyBook, and other tools.

  • Ensure CRM platforms are maintained with current lead and client data.

  • Monitor and refine booking flows and follow-up communications.

4. Training, Development and Transformation

  • Coordinate internal onboarding for design-related tools and systems.

  • Train team members on marketing assets, templates, and SOP usage.

  • Research industry trends, tools, and templates that support Suite Storees' innovation.

  • Ensure that all departments are aware of important updates and that everyone is on the same page when it comes to projects and initiatives. 

  • Serve as lead liaison for virtual assistants, social identity designers, and online channels..

5. Platform Oversight

  • Maintain all branded online platforms including Wix websites, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and Upwork listings.

  • Manage Suite Storees’ digital platforms including website updates, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Canva assets.

  • Maintain file organization and folder systems within Suite Vault for client projects.

  • Coordinate deliverable timelines and communicate updates to internal team members and clients.

  • Support press kit creation, digital campaigns, and client education tools.



COORDINATION AND ADMINISTRATION 


• Maintain the editorial calendar and coordinate marketing communications across departments.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, design, and production, to ensure alignment and collaboration on marketing initiatives and events. 

• Maintain a detailed calendar of marketing activities and events - internally for Company, for clients’ calendar of events and for publicity, ensuring deadlines are met. 

• Track and manage inventory of marketing materials - internally and for clients. 

• Provide post-campaign analysis and reports, including online media, traffic and communication . 

• Manage marketing and event budgets and track expenses to ensure financial goals are met. 

• Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and clients to ensure cohesive communication and events. 

• Assist the Events Coordinator (EC) with marketing collateral plan and coordinate events, such as product launches, client meetings, or employee training sessions. 

• Delegate and ensure efficiency of tasks and performance for marketing communications and event calendars. 


ABOUT THE CANDIDATE


  • Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and ability to follow instructions

  • A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and brand identity.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision

  • Demonstrate effective and enthusiastic communication skills with clients, vendors, and company.

  • Ability to organize documents, data, and materials as necessary

  • Experience working in a high-volume event setting

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Design (or equivalent experience)

  • Proven experience in digital design, branding, and automation (Canva, Wix, Mailchimp, HoneyBook, etc.)


REQUIREMENTS


  • Access to computer, wifi, and mobile phone.

  • Reliably commute to a sixty (60) mile radius of Detroit, Michigan.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in marketing and event coordination.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools and Microsoft programs, such as Microsoft Office, 

  • Canva, Honeybook, CRM systems, Hootsuite, or other email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required for events


ABOUT THE SCOPE OF WORK 


Part Time: Up to Twenty (20) Hours per week


Monday , Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 9 am - 2 pm; Hybrid 

Evenings and Weekends as Needed


There are select On-Site at Office Days and a calendar of events will be provided on-site at Client Location Days.
